**Kadlec has an exciting opportunity for a Cardiovascular Services Manager to join our growing Cath Lab team located in Richland, Washington!**

**Shift Details:** Full Time, 1.0. Exempt Management position.

**About our Cardiac Cath Lab:**

Incorporates Cardiac Catheterization, Interventional Radiology, EKG, Echocardiography, and Electrophysiology services. We offer a full array of interventional & diagnostic procedures in state of the art imaging suites, along with two dedicated Cardiac Cath. Labs, two Interventional Radiology Labs.

**Qualifications:**

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in progress, from an accredited school required. If Bachelor's Degree is in progress, it must be completed within 3 years from date of hire into the position.

+ If RN: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor's in Science of Nursing or higher from an accredited educational institution, or Bachelor's in Science of Nursing or higher in progress, required.

+ If Tech, Graduationfrom of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and/or graduate of anaccredited Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist program required

+ IfRN, Current WA State RN Licensure required or WashingtonState DOH.

+ IfTech, Washington State DOH Radiologic Technologist Certification (RT) orWashington State DOH Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification (IS) required. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT) certification with Radiography (R) credential or CardiovascularCredentialing International with RCIS credential required.

+ Two years recent experience in an acute care setting required.

+ Cath Lab experience strongly desired

+ Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required.

+ ACLS required within 6 months.

**Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:**

As our Cardiovascular Services Manager you remain responsible for the day-to-day operation of the unit; Ensures quality patient care by establishing and maintaining clinical standards of practice and care while meeting unit staffing requirements. Assess plan and evaluates the unit orientation and education requirements and assures that they are met. Remains responsible for the annual budget preparation including operational and capital items. Assures that hospital policies and procedures are updated and participates and coordinates unit and organizational quality improvement activities.

+ Plans, organizes, and directs the overall operations of Cardiac Cath. Lab., Special Procedures Suite, Echocardiography, Electrophysiology, and EKG departments.

+ Establishes, promotes, and implements patient care standards based on the nursing process and current nursing research.

+ Ensures that a monthly staffing schedule is completed and posted based on appropriate levels of 24 hours staffing according to acuity, census and, as possible, staff requests.

+ Develops the annual operational budget including soliciting staff input on equipment needs.
